Trump’s Son-In-Law Just Got Busted For Secret Meeting With Russian Ambassador

The New York Times has released scandalous new information that deepens the mystery surrounding Donald Trump and his team’s illicit ties to the Russian state. Trump’s disgraced former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn had his career destroyed when revelations emerged of his illegal contacts with the Russian ambassador before Trump took office.

Now, it has come out that someone within Trump’s own family was involved with Flynn’s Russian collusion – Trump’s son-in-law and senior White House adviser Jared Kushner. Kushner, who is Ivanka Trump’s husband, met in person with Flynn and ambassador Sergey Kislyak at Trump Tower in December.

Flynn’s meetings with Kislyak were in regards to the sanctions that President Obama was leveling against the Russian Federation for its interference in our elections; Kushner’s presence represents a personal interest from Trump, who is wildly mistrustful of all those outside of his inner circle.

Kushner is now a senior advisor to the president, despite having absolutely no qualifications.

The meeting lasted around twenty minutes and the parties reportedly discussed future “diplomatic relations.” The Times gives an insightful explanation as to why this meeting is so relevant:

“[A]ll meetings between Trump associates and Russians are now significant as the F.B.I. investigates Russian interference in the American election and whether anyone close to Mr. Trump’s campaign was involved.

“The meeting at December came at a crucial time, just as the Obama White House was preparing to sanction Russia and publicly make its case that Moscow had interfered with the 2016 election.”

The scandal continues to grow, as Flynn, Kushner, Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions are now all implicated. Kushner marks the first Trump family member to be definitively tied to the Russia scandal. Now, it seems, it is only a matter of time before President Trump finds himself exposed.
